How can I use the google chatroom in my mozilla IRC Chat window?

I use Mozilla 1. 7. 5 e-mail and web browsing. I can not understand how to work with Google Instant Messaging IRC chat tool.

    Google IM and IRC are 2 totally different things. They do not work together
